Processing Time

 

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing the next business day.

 

Shipping Times

 

Standard Shipping (US): 5–9 business days

Expedited Shipping (US): 2–4 business days

International Shipping: 7–21 business days depending on destination

 

Shipping Rates

 

Free standard shipping on all US orders over $35. Orders under $35 are subject to a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination.

 

Tracking

 

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

 

Lost or Delayed Packages

 

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@circlostore.com and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

 

International Orders

 

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. Circlo is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
